We also give you the latest update on Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond and his condition after the life threatening accident in which he was involved last week. We round things out by expressing our disgust at California State Attorney General Bill Lockyer suing the Big Six automakers for the greenhouse gases that their cars and trucks produce and how much it costs the state. Be careful on the word Podcast, as it seems Apple is going after sites that use the term.
